“ We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give ” -
Sir Winston Churchill, the greatest British Statesman and Prime Minister of Britain.
Although the Indian legislature promises legal rights to all citizens, the appropriate level of implementation of these rights is still a huge challenge. In fact more than 50% of the people in India are denied access to the justice system as they are not in a position to approach the Courts, Tribunals, Appellate Authorities and Consumer Forums etc for more than one reason.
In our Country majority of the people cannot afford litigation as there several constraints like poverty, indigence, lack of awareness and ignorance etc. We are aware of our social responsibility of Giving Back to the society whatever we can and as much we can. In this process we have Free Legal Assistance Wing, where devoted Lawyers extend free legal information, advice and service to the poor and needy.
We extend free legal aid in deserving cases to Under Trails and Prisoners who are undergoing imprisonment and are unable challenge the sentence in appeal before the Higher Courts.
Our services are also open to those innocent and ignorant women who silently suffer for want of legal assistance. Similarly we take pride in serving our Defence Personnel by extending free legal aid.
Those who want to avail free legal service may seek prior appointment for advice and other services.
